Our Founding Story

Isha Mehta

Founder & Lead Educator

A passionate IB PYP educator with over 13 years of teaching experience, based in Bangalore, India. Since the beginning of my teaching journey, I have recognised a common challenge that many of us face in our initial years: Teachers, especially those new to the IB framework, frequently feel unsure about where to seek guidance, resources, mentoring, or affordable professional learning that can build their confidence and strengthen their understanding.

During the Covid-19 period, my husband encouraged me to share my learning and experiences with a wider community, reminding me that it is better to begin creating change yourself rather than wait for someone else to do it. His encouragement sparked the idea of building a platform where educators, especially those new to the PYP, could access meaningful support, ready-to-use tools, and a safe place to ask questions and grow their understanding alongside a global PYP community.

With nearly two decades of professional experience across corporate and education sectors. Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse roles across operations, backend management, sales, marketing, and creative support, which helped me understand how strong systems and processes are essential to sustaining meaningful work.

At Inquiry Classroom, I support the platform by managing operations, backend systems, marketing execution, and design and editing workflows. My role is to ensure that the systems behind the platform function smoothly, allowing educators to focus on learning while the vision of Inquiry Classroom is delivered with consistency and care.
