Our Founding Story
Isha Mehta
Founder
Isha Mehta, an IB PYP educator at a Bangalore-based IB school with over 14 years of teaching experience, recognised a common challenge she faced, much like many educators during their initial years, especially in the IB framework: finding clear guidance, practical support, affordable professional learning, and a safe space where they could ask questions without feeling judged.
During the Covid-19 period, her husband encouraged her to start sharing her classroom experiences and learning with a wider community, reminding her that it is better to begin creating change yourself rather than wait for someone else to do it. What began as a small step in July 2021 gradually grew into Inquiry Classroom.
Rajiv Mehta
Co-Founder
With nearly two decades of professional experience across corporate and education sectors. Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse roles across operations, backend management, sales, marketing, and creative support, which helped me understand how strong systems and processes are essential to sustaining meaningful work.
At Inquiry Classroom, I support the platform by managing operations, backend systems, marketing execution, and design and editing workflows. My role is to ensure that the systems behind the platform function smoothly, allowing educators to focus on learning while the vision of Inquiry Classroom is delivered with consistency and care.
