Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Inquiry Classroom, we are committed to providing high-quality professional learning experiences, educational resources, and digital products for educators worldwide. As many of our products and services involve immediate digital access or reserved session bookings, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing any product or service through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Digital Resources

All webinar recording purchases are non-refundable.

Once access to the recording has been provided or the recording has been accessed, no refund, cancellation, exchange, transfer, or credit will be issued.

The recording access period will remain valid only for the duration specified on the product page at the time of purchase.

2. Webinar Recordings

This section applies to all recorded webinar purchases available on the Inquiry Classroom website.

All webinar recordings are non-refundable. Once access has been provided no refund, cancellation, exchange or credit will be issued.
Recording access remains available only for the viewing period specified at the time of purchase.

3. Live Online Webinars

Inquiry Classroom conducts live professional development webinars for educators worldwide. All webinar registrations are non-refundable for both Indian and International participants.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Participants who are unable to attend may request a one-time transfer of their registration only if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled webinar.

Approved requests will not receive a refund.
Instead, the registration fee will be transferred only to the immediately next scheduled webinar offered by Inquiry Classroom.

Transfers cannot be:

converted into cash
transferred to another person
adjusted towards digital resources
adjusted towards courses
adjusted towards consultations
postponed beyond the immediately next webinar

3. 1.1 No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the webinar for any reason are not eligible for:

Refund
Credit
Transfer
Rescheduling
Adjustment towards any other product or service

3. 1.2 Changes to Scheduled Events

In the unlikely event that Inquiry Classroom needs to postpone or reschedule a live webinar due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be informed using their registered email address or WhatsApp number.

In such cases, participants will be offered registration in the rescheduled session.

4. One-to-One Consultations

This section applies to all mentoring sessions, consultations, coaching sessions, curriculum support, school guidance, and professional advisory services booked through Inquiry Classroom.

All consultation bookings are non-refundable.
Participants may request one reschedule if the request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or missed appointments, will not qualify for rescheduling or refund.

5. Professional Courses

Full courses with multiple modules are non-refundable once the first module has been marked as “In Progress” or “Complete” in the member dashboard.

6. Incorrect Purchases

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they select the correct webinar, course, consultation, recording, or digital resource before completing payment. Inquiry Classroom is unable to provide refunds for purchases made in error, duplicate purchases, or purchases made without reviewing the product description.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a participant experiences any payment-related concern, we encourage them to contact Inquiry Classroom directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their payment provider.

Unauthorised chargebacks relating to valid purchases may result in temporary suspension or permanent restriction of access to Inquiry Classroom products and services until the matter has been resolved.

8. Policy Updates

Inquiry Classroom reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

The most recent version published on our website shall supersede all previous versions and will apply to all future purchases.

Technical Assistance

If you experience a technical failure preventing access to a paid resource, please contact admin@inquiryclassroom.in. We will provide an alternative delivery method within 48 hours.
