These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Inquiry Classroom website, products, services, and digital educational resources. By accessing our website, registering for a webinar, purchasing a digital product, enrolling in a course, or booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Acceptance

  • Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. 
  • Registration for any webinar, course, consultation, or digital product is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Inquiry Classroom reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.

2. Products & Services

Inquiry Classroom offers educational products and professional development services, including but not limited to:

  • Live Online Webinars
  • Webinar Recordings
  • Digital Educational Resources
  • Professional Courses
  • One-to-One Consultation Sessions
  • School Professional Development
  • Memberships and other educational services

Availability of products and services may change without prior notice.

3. Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed through the approved payment methods available on the Inquiry Classroom website before access to any product or service is granted.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the selected product or service is correct before completing payment.

4. Webinar Participation

Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful learning environment throughout all live sessions.

Inquiry Classroom reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered disruptive, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

Such removal may occur without refund or future credit.

5. Webinar Duration

Live webinars are designed for a minimum duration of 01 hour and maximum duritation of 2hours. Depending on participant interaction, questions, and discussion, the facilitator may extend the session beyond the scheduled duration to ensure meaningful learning.

6. Webinar Recording

Live webinar sessions may be recorded for:

  • Internal documentation
  • Quality assurance
  • Facilitator training
  • Programme improvement
  • Internal educational review

All recordings remain the exclusive property of Inquiry Classroom.

Webinar Recordings are not shared with participants unless explicitly stated in the webinar description.

7. Presentation Slides (PPTs)

Presentation slides used during live webinars are prepared exclusively for live instruction.

  • The PowerPoint presentation (PPT) used during the session will not be shared with participants.
  • During the webinar, participants will be provided with sufficient time to take screenshots of important slides for their own personal classroom reference. 
  • Participants may use screenshots only for their own classroom teaching and personal professional learning. They may not be used for commercial purposes, teacher training, workshops, publications, online courses, or any form of public distribution without prior written permission from Inquiry Classroom.

8. Digital Resource Usage

Many webinars include complimentary Resource Kits, templates, lesson plans, task cards, posters, planners, assessment tools, presentation materials, and other educational resources developed by Inquiry Classroom.

These resources are provided exclusively to support participants’ own classroom teaching and personal professional learning.

Unless otherwise stated, all resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of Inquiry Classroom and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Participants are permitted to:

  • Use the resources within their own classroom or educational institution for teaching and learning purposes.
  • Adapt or modify the resources to meet the learning needs of their own students, provided the original ownership and copyright of Inquiry Classroom are respected.

Participants are strictly prohibited from:

  • Selling, reselling, licensing, or commercially distributing any Inquiry Classroom resource.
  • Sharing, forwarding, or redistributing the resources to individuals, schools, organisations, or online communities without prior written permission from Inquiry Classroom.
  • Uploading or posting the resources, in whole or in part, on websites, blogs, social media platforms, Google Drive, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or any other public or private online platform.
  • Using the resources as part of paid workshops, webinars, professional development sessions, training programmes, coaching services, online courses, or any commercial activity without prior written permission from Inquiry Classroom.
  • Removing, altering, or obscuring the Inquiry Classroom name, logo, branding, copyright notice, or any identifying information from the resources.
  • Claiming, presenting, or publishing the resources as their own original work.

If participants wish to use any Inquiry Classroom resource in a conference presentation, teacher training, workshop, webinar, research publication, educational project, or any other professional or public setting, prior written permission must be obtained from Inquiry Classroom.

Where permission has been granted, appropriate acknowledgement is mandatory. The following attribution must appear clearly on every relevant slide, page, handout, or resource:

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of access to Inquiry Classroom products and services, revocation of certificates where applicable, and legal action for copyright infringement.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through Inquiry Classroom, including but not limited to:

  • Resource Kits
  • Lesson Plans
  • Posters
  • Task Cards
  • Templates
  • Presentations
  • Webinar Materials
  • Videos
  • Course Content
  • Website Content
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Branding

is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

All ownership rights remain exclusively with Inquiry Classroom.

10. Permitted Use

Participants may:

  • Use purchased or complimentary resources within their own classroom.
  • Print resources for classroom teaching.
  • Modify resources to meet the learning needs of their own students.

These permissions apply only to non-commercial educational use.

11. Prohibited Use

Participants may not:

  • Sell Inquiry Classroom resources.
  • Redistribute resources to other educators.
  • Upload resources to websites.
  • Share resources publicly through Google Drive, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, or any other online platform.
  • Remove Inquiry Classroom branding or copyright information.
  • Use the resources during paid workshops or professional development sessions.
  • Include the resources in paid online courses.
  • Claim the resources as their own work.
  • Reproduce or distribute substantial portions of Inquiry Classroom content without prior written permission.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension of access, cancellation of future services, and legal action where applicable.

12. Attribution Requirement

Participants wishing to use Inquiry Classroom resources beyond personal classroom teaching—for example in:

  • Teacher Training
  • School Workshops
  • Conference Presentations
  • Educational Publications
  • Research Papers
  • Online Courses
  • Professional Development Sessions

must obtain prior written permission from Inquiry Classroom OR this line must appear clearly on every relevant slide, page, or resource: “designed by Inquiry Classroom”

13. Certificates

Certificates are issued only to eligible participants who have met the participation requirements specified for the respective webinar, course, or programme.

Inquiry Classroom reserves the right to withhold certificates where participation requirements have not been met.

14. Website Availability

While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted access, Inquiry Classroom does not guarantee that the website or any online service will always be available.

Inquiry Classroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability, where permitted by law, shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the relevant product or service.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of Inquiry Classroom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

18. Amendments

Inquiry Classroom reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on our website shall supersede all previous versions and will apply to all future use of our website, products, and services.
