Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Assets & Webinar Recordings

Resources (PDFs, PPTs, Templates) and recorded sessions are considered used at the time of purchase or initial playback. No refunds are issued once the download link has been generated or the 6-hour viewing window for a recording has been initiated.

2. Live Online Webinars

Refunds are not provided for “No-Shows” or failure to join a live session due to personal technical issues.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session: Eligible for a 100% credit towards a future webinar.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: No credit or refund will be issued.

3. 1:1 Consultations

Our educators dedicate specific time slots for individual mentorship. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking.

Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or no-shows for scheduled 1:1 slots are non-refundable.

4. Professional Courses

Full courses with multiple modules are non-refundable once the first module has been marked as “In Progress” or “Complete” in the member dashboard.

Technical Assistance

If you experience a technical failure preventing access to a paid resource, please contact admin@inquiryclassroom.in. We will provide an alternative delivery method within 48 hours.
